Terms of service

These terms cover your use of FlowBots for Realtors (“the service”), run by FlowBots (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What the service does

You give us a listing. We research the home and its area and make short marketing videos and images about it, presented by an AI likeness of you (your “twin”) speaking in a copy of your voice (your “voice clone”). Every video is yours to review, and nothing is published by us: you approve it, download it and post it yourself.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and a licensed real estate professional, or acting for one with their permission.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
• The information you give us (name, brokerage, licence, contact details, service area) must be accurate.

Your likeness and voice

We make your twin and voice clone only after you sign our consent, which says where your videos may appear and how to revoke it. That consent governs how your likeness and voice are used, and is part of these terms. In short:

• Your twin and voice are used only to make videos for you, never for anyone else.
• The recording you give us must be of you, made by you or with your permission, with no one else appearing or speaking in it.
• You can revoke your consent at any time. We then delete your twin, voice clone and recordings as described in the privacy policy.

Your listings and what the videos say

• Only order videos for listings you are allowed to market.
• We check facts against public sources and show you what we found, but you know your listing best. Review every video before you post it, and ask us to change anything that isn’t right.
• You decide where and how to publish, and you are responsible for following your brokerage’s, your MLS’s and each platform’s rules, including any rules on AI-generated content and advertising.

Ownership

The videos and images we deliver to you are yours to use for marketing your listings and your business. We keep the right to run the service: to store your materials while your account is open and to improve how we make videos. We never use your likeness, voice or listings in our own marketing without your written permission.

Payment

Prices and what each package includes are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Packages renew as described at checkout until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to impersonate anyone, to make videos of another person, to mislead buyers, or to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes we delete your twin, voice clone and recordings as described in the privacy policy; videos you already downloaded or posted stay with you.

Warranties and liability

We work hard to get every video right, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
