Privacy policy

This policy explains what FlowBots for Realtors (run by FlowBots, “we”) collects, why, who helps us process it, and how you control it. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and sign-in details, through our sign-in provider.
- Your profile: brokerage, licence number, contact details, service area, headshot, and whether your videos show prices.
- Your consent: the consent you sign, including the channels you allow, and when and how you signed it.
- Your recording: the short video of you that we use to make your twin and voice clone, and the twin and voice clone themselves. We treat these as biometric information (see below).
- Your listings and orders: the listings you give us, the research and photos we gather about them, your choices for each video, and your approvals and change requests.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, payment status and invoices, never your full card number.
- Technical data: the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and basic logs (such as IP address and browser) that keep the service secure and working. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your recording, twin and voice clone
Your recording, twin and voice clone are used for one purpose: making the videos you order. We never use them for anyone else, never sell or share them beyond the processors named below, and never use them in our own marketing without your written permission.
- Your recording is stored encrypted, kept only as long as we need it to make and maintain your twin and voice, and removed from our web storage once our production system has taken it in.
- When you revoke your consent or close your account, we delete your twin and its looks, your voice clone, and the recordings and audio we stored, within 30 days. Videos you already downloaded or posted stay with you.
Who processes your information
We use these service providers, each only for the job named:
- Clerk: sign-in and account security.
- Vercel: hosting this website. Neon: our database.
- Stripe: payments and invoices.
- HeyGen: creating your twin from your recording, and its own short on-camera consent check.
- ElevenLabs: creating your voice clone and the narration in your videos.
- Map, places and listing-data providers: researching your listing and its area. They receive listing addresses, not your recording.
HeyGen and ElevenLabs process your recording under their own terms as well as ours. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep things
We keep your account, profile and order history while your account is open, and delete them within 30 days of you closing it, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
Your choices and rights
You can see and change your profile in the app, revoke your consent, and close your account. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California, Illinois, Texas or Washington), you may have further rights, and we honour them. Write to us and we’ll answer within 30 days.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. The keys for our video and voice providers never leave our own production system, and access to your recording is limited to the system that makes your videos.
Children
The service is for adults working in real estate. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
